Aloft Hotel

Like many New York City sites, this project came with unique challenges.  The hotel, on a shared, compact site, required a design that fit the building’s renovation in a contemporary style – while updating all aspects of the site to current code.  This required strategies for parking, circulation for delivery trucks, passenger shuttles, pedestrians, and ADA access.

Our solution provided an attractive setting for the renovated hotel building.  In addition to the functional requirements, our design included an outdoor cafe plaza, dropoff areas, and a detailed planting plan.
