Central has been collaborating with film company Culture Nine Productions to develop FutureView, a method of inserting 3D design models into actual footage of a site.  Check out one pilot project here.  We’re excited about the possibilities of this technology.  It will allow visualization of even the most complicated design in its actual context.  What is it really like to walk down the street and be drawn into a new park or playground?  How much visual impact will that new office tower have on the skyline?  What will it feel like to change lanes at a new offramp, or walk from the train station through a new shopping street?  FutureView can answer all these types of questions in a way that’s both honest and appealing.  Look for this tech in our upcoming projects — we’ll be using it all over the place!
